CB Ana, Inc. was founded to empower the do it yourself small business owners, entrepreneurs and start up dreamers out there struggling to do everything themselves while costs mount, challenges increase and time becomes the most valuable and rare resource.  CB Ana seeks to provide high level accounting and financial management services to small businesses on a fractional basis to make it more affordable, cost effective and to unlock the expertise and resources typically only available to larger enterprises and institutions.

Our Founder has experience in public accounting, individual and corporate tax as well as has held several successful senior financial management roles in private for profit small businesses across multiple industries.  He has also donated his expertise and time to a few non profits to help free them up to grow and focus on their objectives.  Specializing in building custom financial models designed to help forecast and aid in critical and complex financial decision, he saw how these assets and resources as well as other valuable services he provided on a daily basis were not always readily available to the average small business owner, or it was not cost effective to have an employee with this level of skill and ability in their organization full time.  

Earlier experiences took place on a beautiful small island off of Florida's west coast full of fishermen, captains, tradesmen and small business owners that mostly worked with their hands and came home covered in the essence of a hard days work.  Some proper cash flow management and forecasting could inarguably help out any one of them with budgeting for back office management, handling unexpected expenses, preparing for the challenges of growing and planning for the future.. but services like these were a bit out of reach.

CB Ana is designed to leverage the expertise of a dedicated and talented group of accounting and financial professionals through calculated tactical engagements specifically designed to help enable small businesses to thrive with all the resources they need now on a fractional basis and scale with them as they grow to avoid the heavy cost and burden of training and managing full time employees.
